To check the set up: enter *#67# and press send. To activate: enter **62* followed by the number you want to divert your calls to – replacing the first 0 with +44 – followed by #. Then press send. So, for example, to divert calls when your phone's switched off to 07700 900 123, you'd enter **62*+447700900123#.
